Silent member po ako dito, I’m a Baker, zero knowledge sa cooking, nangangapa sa Cooking but when i enrolled here lalo sa catering class dami ko pong natututunan, 3 recipes pa lang po nagagamit ko but kumukita na po ako sa catering po, pinaka malaki ko pong catering is 330 pax po. Salamat sa tulong ni ma’am. So grateful, dami kong natututunan. Di ako pinabayaan. Inaalalayan ako from food prep till execution. Ma’am is heaven sent. ang sarap ng mga recipes. Busy man sa baking pero kumikita din sa Catering

Taking up a Catering Course with Tita Weng was one of the good decisions I have made. I went from scared to brave and ready to accept new clients with whatever request they want. I’ve learned to be more confident with my work since I know I can deliver, I just needed that push which was the catering course. Since I’m new to the catering scene, I appreciate the support and help Tita Weng still gives me until now. I could ask her anything about how to handle my catering services, events, even how to perfect my menu. She gives me a helping hand whenever I need it and always checks up on me as well.
