Started as a Nurse in Saudi
My journey started not in the kitchen but as a nurse in Saudi. That experience taught me discipline and what it means to work hard far from home.
From caring for people as a nurse to serving them through food, My journey is built on passion, hard work, and a love for sharing knowledge with others.
“Every journey starts somewhere.”
Before becoming known as Weng the Caterer, I worked as a nurse. While healthcare taught me compassion, I also discovered a growing passion for cooking and creating memorable meals for my family, friends, and special occasions.
What started as a personal interest gradually became a business. Through years of experience, countless events, and continuous learning, I built a catering business that I now proudly share with aspiring caterers and food entrepreneurs.
Today, I continue to help others not only prepare delicious food but also build confidence in their own catering journey.

When I came back, my mindset was simple: kung anong wala, yun ang iprovide. So I opened a computer shop offering printing and other services that weren't available in my area yet.

Same principle: yun ang wala sa area ko, so I provided it. I wanted to be something different, para ikaw lang ang pupuntahan.

My first catering event used the worst, all-rented tools. I only got the job because I had the capital, pushed into it by another caterer. But it motivated me to buy my own equipment and start giving real, quality service.

I tested countless recipes and executions just to grow and improve, and even enrolled in online courses myself to keep learning

After 16 years in the business, I wanted to share everything I learned, especially the mistakes, so my students could learn from them instead of repeating them.

A place where I continue to serve the same home-cooked meals and quality catering that I love sharing with my students.
VIEW ON GOOGLE MAPSTeaching has become one of the most rewarding parts of my journey. Through every class, I share practical techniques, recipes, and real experiences that students can apply in their own catering businesses.
